Terms and conditions

This page covers Dziobak Larp Studios Terms and Conditions for purchases done at Larptickets.com. Every ticket sold is under text set-forth on this page.

PAYMENT
You can pay all at once, or you can pay in three lumps, to make it easier to spread out the expenditure.

Buying the 1st lump secures you a place at the larp.
The 2nd lump must be paid at least four months before the larp.
The 3rd lump must be at least two months before the larp.
This means that if you sign up less than four months before the larp, you need to pay both the 1st lump and the 2nd lump ticket immediately.
If you sign up less than two months before the larp, just choose ”pay all at once”

Please do not pay for 2nd or 3rd lump without having first paid for 1st lump, your ticket will not be valid if you do so.

You are of course very welcome to pay everything at once, which gives a (roughly) 10% discount. This saves you money and makes our lives easier!

WAITING LIST CANCELLATION
If you have purchased a waiting list ticket and find that you will not be able to attend, even if a ticket becomes available, we will refund you the full ticket amount. If you have had a ticket assigned, cancellation policies is the same as a standard ticket. A ticket is considered assigned once the participant confirms that they will take it and attend the event.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY
If you sign up for the larp, you accept our photo & video policy. It’s quite simple, actually. We have photographers and sometimes a video crew at the events. Sometimes we have outside media visiting. That means that you may appear in pictures or video. We’ll be respectful about it, of course, but mention it here so there’s no misunderstandings later. If there are scenes with questionable content (stuff that might be problematic if taken out of context), we will get permission from the participants involved before releasing it, but if it’s just pics/videos of people in nice costumes, we won’t ask first.

CANCELLATIONS

If you end up not being able to go to the larp, we will transfer your ticket to a participant on the events Waiting List. If we do (it’s usually quite easy up until a few months before the larp), you’ll get the full amount back – minus €50 in cancellation fees. If we do not have someone on the Waiting List, you can find a replacement yourself – that makes it easier to guarantee a refund! If there is no replacement player, there is no refund, since we will have the costs anyway. Unfortunately, if you cancel 14 days or less before the start date of the event we will not be able to offer a refund.

AFTER YOU SIGN UP
When you sign up, nothing as such happens. You don’t get any introduction mail, or such. When we have a full cast we’ll start the casting process, and there will be a ton of info. If you have questions you would like answered before that, you’re more than welcome to mail to us! The reason we don’t mail out a lot of info isn’t that we don’t have it – it’s just easier sending to everyone at once. If you want to get in contact with us to make sure everything is ok, you’re of course more than welcome to.
